Horizon Minerals (ASX:HRZ) formally changed its name to Maritana Minerals and its ticker to MRT from HRZ, effective the start of trading on April 13, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Its shareholders approved the change in an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday.
