MT Newswires Live04-09

Aduro Clean Technologies (ADUR) said Thursday it has awarded a contract to Ebert HERA to lead the permitting process for its industrial facility at Chemelot Industrial Park in the Netherlands.

Ebert HERA will oversee preparation and coordination of civil and environmental permit applications, including safety, health and environmental assessments, the company said.

The planned facility will mark the company's first industrial-scale deployment of its hydrochemolytic technology to convert end-of-life plastic feedstock into circular hydrocarbon products, Aduro Clean Technologies said.

Additionally, the company said it has secured an indicative offtake agreement with a global commodities trading company for an initial portion of production from the facility.

Shares of Aduro Clean Technologies were up 3.2% in Thursday premarket activity.
