Youzan Technology (HKG:8083) said the Hong Kong stock exchange has granted approval-in-principle for its transfer of listing from GEM to the main board, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were up over 19% in Friday morning trade.
Trading in the shares of GEM will end on April 16, with main board trading set to begin on April 17.
The transfer is expected to enhance the company's market profile, liquidity, and access to a broader investor base, the filing said.
