YARDLEY, Pa., April 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Smart Sand, Inc. $(SND)$ ("Smart Sand" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on May 5, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2026.
