Dow Jones04-10 16:46

0846 GMT - Credit spreads on euro-denominated corporate bonds are likely to trade in a narrow range as investors assess developments in the Middle East conflict, Barclays Soren Willemann and Melissa McCallum say in a note. "The start of [Middle East] negotiations this weekend is likely to dictate near-term price action, while traffic in the strait will also be watched closely," the strategists say. The prospects of a resolution in the Middle East conflict is likely to support credit spreads from widening, they say. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
