Zhejiang China Commodities City Group (SHA:600415) said its board approved the company's proposed initial public offering of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The move aims to expand the commodity trading platform operator's international layout, boost competitiveness and enhance offshore financing, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The potential listing is subject to shareholder approval and filings with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies.
