He noted the savings will amount to between $10 and $15, depending on the size of the tank. The price of diesel is also expected to dip by 28 cents per litre on Friday to 206.9, McTeague said. “That will be important news for those who carry and freight everything we have in this country from train to jet to trucks,” he noted. For drivers who are getting close to empty, McTeague suggested getting just enough to hold you over. “Obviously everyone is going to have to wait until Friday. It you need gasoline, get two or three bucks today or tomorrow,” he said. “But wait until Friday.
