Argan Approves $50M Increase to Share-Buyback Program

Argan approved an increase of its share-buyback program to $200 million.

Alongside the increase from $150 million, the board also approved the buyback program's extension through Jan. 31, 2030.

The construction company also declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents a share, which will be payable on April 30 to shareholders of record as of April 22.

The dividend is the same amount as the previous two quarters. It represents an annual payout of $2 a share and represents a yield of 0.3% based on Wednesday's closing price of $588.28.
