BYD (HKG:1211, SHE:002594) plans to establish a sales dealership in Canada this year amid considerations by Ottawa to bolster Chinese auto industry investments within its borders, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
The Chinese auto manufacturer could open 20 sales locations in Canada this year as part of efforts to expand its presence in the country, the report said.
