NN said its first-quarter sales will be higher than expected.
The industrial manufacturing company on Tuesday said it expects first-quarter sales to above the previous year's quarter and to exceed its forecast.
Growth in the electrical grid and data center markets helped fuel the rise in sales, the company said. NN experienced a backlog in shipping as orders exceeded production during the quarter, the company said.
NN is raising its full-year guidance, expecting new business wins to be between $80 million and $90 million in 2026.
"NN's sales are growing as expected and trending towards the high end of our previously guided range," said Chief Executive Harold Bevis.
NN is maintaining its full-year guidance on sales, expecting results in the top half of the $445 million to $465 million range.
