Kimberly-Clark (KMB) said Wednesday the combined company will have four business segments after its planned acquisition of Kenvue (KVUE) closes.
The segments are North America, generating approximately $18.0 billion in annual sales; Asia Pacific Focus Markets, generating approximately $4.3 billion; and Europe, Middle East, and Africa, generating approximately $5.0 billion, the company said.
Enterprise Markets will include Latin America, including Brazil, India, Southeast Asia markets, and Japan, and will generate approximately $4.3 billion in annual sales, according to the company.
Kimberly-Clark said Mike Hsu will continue to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the combined company.
The deal remains on track to close in the second half of this year, the company said.
