Risecomm Group (HKG:1679) said Zhao Luyi resigned as its chairman to focus on other business commitments effective Thursday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The software services provider is currently in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the chairperson vacancy.
