Verra Mobility (VRRM) said late Wednesday it has launched a virtual agent to assist rental car customers with the checkout process, along with add-on services.
The AutoKinex Virtual Agent allows renters to review rental details and select add-on services such as prepaid fuel, tolling or insurance coverage, helping reduce costs and congestion for rental car companies.
