Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund's Six-Month Net Income Rises 8.6%

Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund's (TYO:3226) net income rose 8.6% to 6.35 billion yen for the six months ended Feb. 28 from 5.85 billion yen the previous half-year period.

The REIT's net income per unit increased to 2,523 yen from 2,324 yen in the previous six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

Total revenues climbed 4% to 13.7 billion yen from 13.2 billion yen in the prior half-year period.

It declared a final distribution of 2,405 yen per unit, payable from May 15.

For the fiscal period ending Aug. 31, the REIT expects net income of 6.7 billion yen and total revenues of 14.6 billion yen.

For the following six-month period ended Feb. 28, 2027, the REIT expects net income of 6 billion yen and total revenues of 13.8 billion yen.

Mitsui Fudosan plans to pay a distribution of 2,397 yen per unit for the August 2026 period and 2,384 yen per unit for the February 2027 period.
