EasyJet's Profit Warning Drags Down European Airlines Stocks -- Market Talk

0716 GMT - Shares in easyJet fall 7.9% in opening trade after the London-listed carrier issued a first-half profit warning and flagged additional fuel costs caused by the Middle East conflict. Its fall dragged down other European airlines stocks, with Jet2 losing 5.2% and Wizz Air dropping 3.6%. Deutsche Lufthansa falls 1.4%, Air France-KLM is down 1.2%, and International Consolidated Airlines Group--owner of British Airways and Iberia--drops 0.5%. (cristina.gallardo@wsj.com)
