Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) has appointed Jonathon Oake as chief operating officer, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Oake joins from ByteDance, the owner of TikTok, where he most recently served as global head of publisher operations and solutions.
Vinyl also said Chief Financial Officer Jorge Nigaglioni is transitioning into the position of chief integration officer, where he will oversee post-acquisition integration across the group.
The company named Michael Globan, who is currently its financial controller, as its new CFO.
