Aspire Biopharma (ASBP) stock was about 27% lower after the company said it signed a letter of intent to acquire Driver Controls Systems' business unit of Firefish Topco.

BRP (DOO) shares were down over 23% after the company said overnight it was suspending its full-year 2027 guidance following a recent amendment to US rules for tariffs on steel, aluminum, and copper imports, which became effective earlier this month.

TeraWulf (WULF) stock was 7.5% lower after the company said late Tuesday that it priced a public offering of 47.4 million shares at $19 each for gross proceeds of about $900 million.
