Carnival will invest more than $500 million to renovate six ships on its Holland America Line, adding capacity and offering more customer choice.

The renovations will add restaurant and bar options and refresh guest spaces, including new stateroom and suite categories, Carnival said.

The company's Oosterdam ship will be the first to undergo renovations and will debut in the fall of 2027, it said. That renovation will add 76 staterooms, including some created for solo travelers and two new suites with panoramic windows and a wraparound balcony.
