Oracle (ORCL) said Monday it introduced AI-focused updates to its utilities software suite at its customer edge summit, targeting improvements in billing, grid operations, and asset management.
The company said the updates include tools for detecting anomalies in meter data, managing customer payment challenges, and predicting equipment failures.
Oracle said it also enhanced its data platform to support forecasting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
