Meinian Onehealth Healthcare (SHE:002044) plans to acquire 16.4% of textile manufacturer Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group for 582.3 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
The healthcare services provider aims to obtain control of Bangjie Holding after its restructuring.
The stake represents 180 million shares.
Onehealth's shares rose 2% during the afternoon trade.
