Fukuoka REIT's Profit Slips in Six-Month Period Ended February

Fukuoka REIT's (TYO:8968) profit slipped 1.2% to 4.01 billion yen for the six months ended Feb. 28, from 4.06 billion yen the previous half-year period.

The REIT's profit per unit declined to 4,610 yen from 4,661 yen the six months prior, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

Operating revenues were flat at 10.8 billion yen compared with the previous half-year period.

For the six months ending August, the REIT expects a profit of 3.73 billion yen, dividend per unit of 4,000 yen, and operating revenue of nearly 10.7 billion yen.

For the subsequent half-year period, the REIT expects a profit of 3.74 billion yen, dividend per unit of 4,000 yen, and operating revenue of over 10.7 billion yen.
