Pickles Holdings (TYO:2935) said it has met all continued listing criteria for the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime Market as of Feb. 28, after previously falling short on tradable share market capitalization, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company reported its tradable share market capitalization rose to 10.79 billion yen from 8.35 billion yen a year earlier, exceeding the 10.0 billion yen requirement.

Pickles Holdings said the improvement followed measures including progress on medium-term goals, stronger investor relations, sustainability efforts, enhanced shareholder returns and an increase in tradable shares.
