** Stifel cuts SNAP PT to $4.5 from $5.5, implying ~7% downside to the stock's last close
** Trims META PT to $805 from $820; still implying ~28% upside to the stock's last close
** Meta shares down 1.1% at $622.83 in volatile trading before the bell
