NCL Industries (NSE:NCLIND, BOM:502168) said its cement production grew 2% in the fiscal fourth quarter to 802,600 metric tonnes (MT) from 790,663 mt a year ago, according to a Saturday filing with the Indian bourses.
Shares of the cement and ceramics manufacturer rose nearly 2% in Monday's trade.
Cement dispatches during the quarter ended March 31 rose 1% year on year to 804,813 MT from 794,096 MT a year earlier, the filing said.
