TerraCom (ASX:TER) has appointed Andrew Coles as non-executive chairman of the company, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Coles was recently appointed as a non-executive director of TerraCom and will continue in that capacity alongside his new role as chairman, the filing added.
The company said the board is reviewing its overall composition following recent director changes.
