Iberdrola IBE.MC has put on hold for now the attempted sale of a minority stake in a roughly 1-gigawatt Spanish solar energy portfolio, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Separately, Vineyard Wind has filed a lawsuit seeking to block a wind turbine-supplying unit of GE Vernova GEV.N from terminating agreements and abandoning work on a $4.5 billion offshore wind farm in Massachusetts on the eve of completion.

Libya's National Oil Corporation and Repsol have announced a new oil discovery after drilling the J1‑4/130 exploratory well in the Murzuq basin, about 800 km (500 miles) south of Tripoli, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Saturday.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Ferrovial has decided to keep Polish services unit FBSerwis within its perimeter while continuing to explore bringing in one or more partners to support its growth, a decision taken by the board of its Polish subsidiary Budimex, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Saturday.

OHLA OHLA.MC

Spanish businessman Jose Elias has begun selling down his stake in OHLA, disposing of around 3% with an average 50% return, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported on Monday.

DEOLEO OLEO.MC

Deoleo has hired U.S. investment bank William Blair as financial adviser to explore strategic options, including a potential sale of the company, according to market sources, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.
