China Healthwise (HKG:0348) disposed of 500,000 shares in Yunfeng Financial (HKG:0376) for about HK$1.6 million, according to an April 10 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the health products retailer were down over 5% in Monday's midday trade.
The shares were sold at an average price of about HK$3.13 each.
The company expects a loss of about HK$16,000, with proceeds to be used for working capital.
