The six witnesses are the Special Staff of the Ministry of Education and Culture for Learning Affairs 2019-2020 Iwan Syahril; Dr. Ainun Na'im; Country Lead Google Cloud Education Olivia Husli Basrin; Director of Government Relations and Public Policy of PT Google Indonesia Putri Ratu Alam; Senior Temporary Laborer Designer at the Directorate of Digital Business of PT Telkom for the period 2020-2021 Kautsar Anggakara; and Director of PT Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi Hendrik Tio.Chief Judge Purwanto S. Abdullah read the request during the trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Monday, April 13, 2026. \"Related to the request we received through the Public Service Mall (PTSP) from Nadiem's legal advisory team, they requested the panel to bring witnesses Iwan Syahril, Dr. Ainun Na'im, Olivia Husli Basrin, Putri Ratu Alam, Kautsar Anggakara, and Hendrik Tio,\" said Purwanto. He also asked why the prosecutors had not brought these witnesses.Responding to the request, Public Prosecutor Roy Riady deemed that the presented evidence was sufficient. \"In Pak Nadiem's case, we believe that the evidence we presented is sufficient, Your Honor, and has been convincing,\" said Roy.Although not yet examined in Nadiem's case, Hendrik Tio and Putri Ratu Alam had previously provided statements in the Chromebook case involving three other defendants, namely the Director of Elementary Schools at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for the period 2020-2021 Sri Wahyuningsih; Director of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Junior High School in 2020 Mulyatsyah; and consultant Ibrahim Arief.
