Commvault Systems (CVLT) said Monday that it has named Gary Merrill as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Merrill, who served as the company's CFO from 2022 to 2024, most recently was chief commercial officer, the company said. He will report to Chief Executive Sanjay Mirchandani.
Commvault also reaffirmed its fiscal Q4 and 2026 revenue guidance.
The company said in January it expects fiscal Q4 revenue of $305 million to $308 million, and 2026 revenue of $1.177 billion to $1.18 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect Q4 and 2026 revenue of $306.7 million and $1.179 billion respectively.
