PTC India (NSE:PTC, BOM:532524) said it has changed the designation of Manoj Kumar Jhawar from chairman and managing director to managing director and chief executive officer, effective April 13, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian exchanges.
The change results in his relinquishment of the role of chairman, the filing said.
