Siemens's Slow Pace to Spin Off Healthineers Stake Might Disappoint -- Market Talk

Dow Jones04-17 20:34

1233 GMT - Siemens's sluggish pace of spinning off its stake in Siemens Healthineers will disappoint some investors, RBC Capital Markets analysts Mark Fielding and Nick Housden say in a note. The German conglomerate confirmed that it will be targeting an investor vote at the annual general meeting in February 2027. The slower spin was always a risk given the tight time frame, the analysts add. Siemens and Siemens Healthineers shares trade broadly flat at 239.1 euros and 38.23 euros, respectively.
