CRH (CRH) said Monday it has completed the delisting of its ordinary and 7% preference shares from the London Stock Exchange, starting April 20.
The company said its ordinary shares are now solely listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares of CRH were down 1.1% in Monday premarket activity.
