Americold Realty Trust (COLD) said Friday it is facing pressure from shareholder Sieve Capital, which has urged investors to vote against the re-election of Chairman Mark Patterson and Director Andrew Power at its upcoming annual meeting on May 18.
In an open letter, Sieve Capital criticized the directors' tenure, citing poor capital allocation, governance concerns, and significant underperformance against major REIT benchmarks, it added.
