CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) unit, CSI MTN, will receive guarantees worth $13.1 million for issuing a medium-term bond of the same amount, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The guarantee will come from CITIC Securities International and Citicorp International.
The issuance is part of a medium-term bond program launched in 2022.
The financial services provider's Hong Kong shares dropped less than 3% during the afternoon trade.
