Medtronic (MDT) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of Israeli medical device company CathWorks for $585 million, along with certain undisclosed earn-out payments post-acquisition.
The transaction is expected to be immaterial to fiscal 2027 GAAP and adjusted earnings per share, and neutral to accretive thereafter, Medtronic said.
