Oportun Financial Names Doug Bland as CEO

Oportun Financial (OPRT) said late Thursday it has appointed Doug Bland as chief executive officer and board member, effective next Monday.

Bland currently serves on the boards of WebBank and Creditly. As he joins Oportun, Bland will step down from the WebBank board, the company said.
