AST SpaceMobile (ASTS): A satellite that Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin was carrying for Texas-based AST SpaceMobile was incorrectly deployed yesterday, and ended up in the wrong location in space. AST is building a cellular broadband network in space. Its shares tumbled 14% premarket.
QXO $(QXO)$, TopBuild $(BLD)$: Building-products distributor QXO agreed to acquire TopBuild, an insulation-products company, for $17 billion. Shares of TopBuild rocketed 20% higher premarket, while QXO's fell around 2%.
Commerzbank (XE:CBK): Italian lender UniCredit, which is Commerzbank's biggest shareholder, pushed for a revamp of the German bank. Commerzbank shares rose moderately.
Eli Lilly $(LLY)$: The drugmaker is in advanced talks to acquire privately held Kelonia Therapeutics for more than $2 billion, The Wall Street Journal reported, in a deal that could come as soon as today.
Cleveland-Cliffs $(CLF)$, Zions Bancorp $(ZION)$ and Alaska Air Group $(ALK)$ are due to report earnings today.
