Keel Infrastructure Closes $13 Million Sale of Paraguay Site

MT Newswires Live04-22

Keel Infrastructure (KEEL) said Wednesday it closed the sale of its 70-megawatt site in Paso Pe, Paraguay, to Sympatheia Power Fund for about $13 million, after customary closing adjustments.

The original sale price of $30 million was lowered due to the deterioration in Bitcoin mining economics and "broader macro factors," the company said.

With the exit from all of its Latin American assets, Keel said it now has a 100% North American portfolio.
