Rent.com.au Says Fiscal Q3 Revenue Up 30%; Shares Jump 8%

Rent.com.au (ASX:RNT) reported fiscal third quarter total group revenue of AU$1.2 million, up 30% from a year earlier and was 20% higher than the previous record quarter in December 2025, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said operating cashflow was AU$500,000, with customer receipts up 35% on the December 2025 quarter and nearly three times the March 2025 quarter.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) improved 22% on the previous quarter, on track to break even by December 2026, the filing added.

Recurring revenue increased 168% on the prior corresponding period and 21% on the second quarter of fiscal 2026, with recurring sources accounting for 67% of group revenue, the filing added.

The company held AU$7.5 million in cash as of March 31, with AU$8.5 million in undrawn debt.

The company's shares rose 8% in recent Wednesday trade.
