Singapore Exchange (SGX:S68) is eyeing public feedback on amendments to rules for disclosures in order to boost shareholder value, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new proposed rules would require companies to report key performance metrics to determine board and key management salaries, maintain and disclose a dividend policy in annual reports and to have an updated investor engagement website.
