AMS Advanced Materials (KLSE:AMS) is set to debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on April 23, under the stock code 0399, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The aluminum trader and manufacturer will list with an enlarged issued share capital of 612 million shares, valued at 58.81 million ringgit.
AMS will operate within the industrial products and services sector, specifically under the metals sub-sector.
The listing marks the company's entry into Malaysia's public markets as it seeks to expand its presence in the advanced materials segment, the filing said.
