Evotec (EVO) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Paul Hitchin will exit his post on April 30 and Claire Hinshelwood is prepared to take over the vacancy starting May 1.
The incoming executive has over 30 years of management history, including senior leadership at Novartis (NVS), and Hitchin decided to depart for private reasons unrelated to business performance, Evotec said.
Shares of the company were down 2.1% in Friday premarket activity.
