SK hynix (KRX:000660) plans to build P&T7, an advanced packaging fab in the Technopolis Industrial Complex in Cheongju to meet global demand for AI memory, the South Korean semiconductor firm said in a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The company will invest about 19 trillion won for factory construction and production facility setup, the filing said.
