Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) confirmed a report by The Business Times, claiming the company is in discussions to sell the White Sands Mall for over SG$470 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the trust were up under 1% in Tuesday trading.
The trust's manager said there is no certainty that negotiations will lead to a transaction.
