China Education (HKG:0839) has fully repaid its 500 million yuan bonds due 2026, including accrued interest, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the educational services company were down over 1% in Wednesday morning trade.
The bonds, issued in April 2023, carried a coupon rate of 4.00%.
