Edison International Appoints Moss to Succeed Rigatti As CFO

Edison International tapped Aaron Moss to succeed Maria Rigatti as chief financial officer, effective July 3.
Rigatti will resign from her role as CFO of the company on the effective date. She will continue as executive vice president until she retires Sept. 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Moss has been senior vice president and CFO of Southern California Edison since 2022. His annual salary will be $730,000, plus incentives.
