Nitto Denko's Profit Slips 2.7% for Fiscal Year 2025

Nitto Denko's (TYO:6988) profit attributable to owners of the parent slipped 2.7% to 133.5 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 137.2 billion yen a year earlier.

The company's earnings per share increased to 197.11 yen from 195.65 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

Revenue edged up 1.4% to 1.028 trillion yen for the year ended March 31 from 1.014 trillion yen in the prior year.

It declared a final dividend of 30 yen per share, payable from June 22.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 141 billion yen, basic EPS of 209.30 yen, and revenue of 1.065 trillion yen.

Nitto Denko plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 32 yen per share, each, for the current fiscal year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
