WOKING, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2026--

Linde plc (Nasdaq: LIN) announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.60 per share.

The dividend is payable on June 18, 2026, to shareholders of record on June 4, 2026.
