China Feihe (HKG:6186) recorded an attributable profit of 1.94 billion yuan in 2025, down from 3.57 billion yuan a year prior, according to the firm's annual report filed with the Hong Kong bourse Tuesday.
Earnings per share slipped to 0.21 yuan in the year from 0.39 yuan in 2024.
Revenue also declined 13% to 18.1 billion yuan from 20.7 billion yuan in the year-ago period amid intensified industry competition and a lower revenue from infant milk formula products.
The dairy products group recommended a final dividend of HK$0.129 per share for the year, payable June 24 to shareholders of record on June 12.
