China Minsheng Banking (SHA:600016, HKG:1988) recorded an attributable profit of 30.6 billion yuan in 2025, down 5.4% from 32.3 billion yuan a year prior, according to the lender's annual report filed with the Hong Kong bourse Monday.
Earnings per share slipped to 0.63 yuan from 0.64 yuan in 2024.
Operating income rose 4.9% to 139.7 billion yuan from 133.1 billion yuan in the prior-year period.
The bank proposed a cash dividend of 0.53 yuan per 10 shares for the year, payable subject to shareholder approval.
